We need a UNT troll to flame our board

I am surprised that we have not had some UNT trolls flame our board about the coming game. I kinda wished it had happened to help externalize our anger and frustration onto an opponent instead of ourselves. Guess the Greenies have their own problems after the Norman storming. Heck, we can't even get any trash talk from the the Ft. worth slestaks either. They aim has moved higher, taking on the Leakhorns. I need a vacation.

Yeah after what OU did to them Saturday, they're laying very, very low.

Low profile? No way. We're coming, and we're coming in force.

http://tysports.blogspot.com/2007/09/we ... house.html

When the irredeemable force meets the incompetent object... Sparks fly. This Saturday, one team will wipe their tears, pull up their pants, and start to move forward from a vicious Week 1 spanking. We're hoping that it's us, and not you.

I'll see those of you who bother to show up on Saturday at Ford Field. I hope that you don't give up on Phil Bennett if you drop to 0-2. He may right the ship and actually get you all to a bowl someday.

And when he does, all he has to do is take you to three more in a row, and he'd finally be good enough... to get fired by North Texas.

Take a moment to think about that one.

Now, if you need me, I'll be sleeping in the driveway. Just holler when it's time for me and the rest of the Mean Green landscaping company to mow your lawns.

Now that is entertainment.

I've been waiting for us to move on from the debacle on Monday. I was hoping there would be a few NTSUers coming over here and sparking that. I guess more of them have their heads in the sand than we do.

My debacle count is now over 6,500. We are well on our way to a record of "debacle" for week one.

And to get a practice facility named after him...posthumously, of course.

They are keeping their distance because they are mad at us for allegedly blackballing them out of every decent conference they've ever wanted to join. They think their lot in life as a ShunnedBelt member is the fault of SMU, rather than looking at their own inability to get an invitation elsewhere on their own merits.

trolling for trolls are ya, jt? That bait you're dangling out there has worked damn near every time in the past, I'll grant you.

Well, whoever started this thread had a good point. Instead of bashing each other over water under the bridge, maybe we should all get behind a common cause, bashing NTSU.

Bash away. Our teams have got nothing in common. At North Texas- We don't boulevard... we go Bowling. In New Orleans.

See, we've actually been to a bowl within the last 20 years. 4 in a row, actually.

That was fun. Maybe someday you guys will actually manage to win more games than you lose (or at least manage to win more games than you lose against Sun Belt teams) and go bowling, too.

Maybe it'll even happen this year. It isn't impossible to come back from an 0-2 start. I'm sure that Phil Bennett will come up with a foolproof plan.... Hah, sorry, I couldn't even keep a straight face on that one.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to finish up my lunch of a mayonnaise sandwich and tater tots. I'm supposed to be in Highland Park in 15 minutes, I have to mow some lawns.
