He is hoping to come to the game today. Last week was his first game in decades ( Pro Soccer Career ) and he was not happy.
Oh, not about the game... he really has not followed the mustangs.
WILL CALL for he and his wifes ticket.
He stood in line for an hour and 15 minutes, missing the whole first quarter.
Now that is TOP 25 service.

That is too bad because we were actually competitive for the 1st quater and the game had a real college football atmosphere.

There's been a lot of talk about the bad service this past week. Has anyone from the athletic dept responded to these complaints? Is there a new plan in place for future games? Have they acknowledged that there is, indeed, a problem with their service or lack of?

It has certainly been acknowledged. Fans' complaints do not fall on deaf ears.
