601 yards passing-so much for that theory. He had a simply wonderful game plan.

they are going to be one he!l of a team when he gets some top recruits... he is making it a "smooth" transition from a run first team to a spread offense, very unusual to see that. Everyone talks about a team making the biggest gains from week 1 to week 2, he proved that tonight...

in three years I don't think SMU will be able to stay on the field with UNT, provided Dodge stays that long

i agree*

*depending on how we finish this year and what direction our program is heading... we go to a bowl game then maybe, 6-6 (or worse) and a new coach then no way

Thanks for the kind words, guys, and congrats on the win.

That is a GREAT place to watch a football game.

...all the Pony fans I met were gracious hosts. Thanks for a great night.

According to Swanny on the Ticket, we were playing Southlake Carroll tonight. He made several (10+) references to NTSU being SLC. I chuckled.

We had a blast in your house tonight. A tough battle... I don't think the final score reflects how good this game was right up until about 4 minutes left in the game.

And thanks for the kudos on Dodge. Tonight showed that our excitement about Dodge-Ball is legit.

Hope we see you again next year!

Not much of a game plan needed after you watch the Texas Tech film, just throw it on #22, Brandon Jones. Tech did it and 14 of Fitzgeralds 18 catches tonight were on Jones.

two years ago i remember jones being one of our top cb's, maybe our best. i think the year off really hurt him. honestly all of our cb's look pretty darn mediocre. it seems lindley gets beat 30 times a game

it was way too close of a game for me... i thought we might pull away early on in the 3rd quarter, unfortunately our secondary is not very good... dodge is a great coach and will take UNT a long way. thanks for a good game and good luck

North Texas set a new record tonight for most passing yards by an SMU opponent.
