Was in New York on business the past three days. Did some sightseeing yesterday morning before I left and ran into Craig James just outside central Park near the Dakota. I assume he was on the way to the studio. I introduced myself as an 82 grad and he couldn't have been nicer. We just chatted for a second, but it was pretty cool.

I know he has some detractors on this board and I have chimed right in with them some times. Still, it was great to meet a person important to our football past.

I've sparked some interest, eh? Well I'm so glad you asked...

You know, thought I'd pull a little Stallion action and fly out to do some recruit scouting on CJ Jr. on the off-chance that he'd show up to do a little pre-Labor Day shopping at the neighborhood grocery store with his broadcaster dad in B.F.E. North (no, further north than that...) Dallas.

Actually, I was out there for work. Not a bad area - a lot of brand new large family homes going up for the same price as a 2 bedroom condo in Orange County.

Where do the James' reside? Celina doesn't seem like their type of community.
