Our defensive backs sure tried to help him! I thought that PB was such a GREAT DB coach? Could have fooled me!

PB has proven to be a terrible game day coach
Orsini needs to be thinking who we are bringing in for next year-
Terry Bowden
Dan Reeves
Bobby Collins
Anybody who can coach please!!!!!!!!
Then we would have ponied up!!!

SMU had him once, back in the Hayden Fry era, when he was an assistant coach on The Hilltop. Doubt he'd ever leave the ranch outside of Goliad to return to the field. It would be an interesting marketing 'gimmick' to have two Phillips in Dallas, though...father and son.

Mr. Orsini, please, if you let PB go, call these guys:
Paul Johnson
Michael Haywood
Chris Peterson
Terry Bowden
Gary Barnett

Would be better if Haywood was his middle name and his last name was Yablowme

While I think it is very premature to be speculating on coaches, those of you that wish to, could you please name some that were born since disco ended. If and when we hire a new coach I hope he is not a 75 year old that no one playing in high school today has ever heard of.

Played for Bum in Highschool. Great guy and even greater coach. SMU could have probably had him as head coach at one time. Unfortunately, he is beyond any college coaching days.

Yeah. His coaching experience is legendary.
