I think MrMustang1492 should sell his entire collection of Zack Sledge--American Hero comics on ebay.

No in all honesty... why in the past have you not liked sledge's style of play and more importantly why do you not think that he could be a vital part to our team?
You as our biggest sledge hater, i just want to know why. the guy plays on every special team, works harder then anyone else on the team, and still no love. what's the deal? (this is not an attempt to try an post more then you, this is an honest question)

Lets face it, This was Zach's finest game as a Mustang. Let's see how he does moving forward. Do we get the old Sledge (three yards and a cloud of dust) or what we got Saturday.

Sledge had a nice game, but let's be serious, he should not be getting the time he's getting. Surely we have someone on the bench that brings more to the table than Sledge. He is the proverbial "he's short, but he's slow" player. Get some of the young guys out there who are fast or tall. How about Henderson? At least he can do something after the catch. I already suggested Burley above. Even Zimmerman is bigger and faster. Keep Sledge on specal teams and let him play a few series, but let some of our more physically gifted players get a chance.

Our other gifted receivers tend to drop a lot of balls. Can't do much after the catch if you don’t catch it.

Sledge appears to be getting rewarded for his dedication to the program and his strong work ethic. Which, I think we need players like him on the field to keep morale high even when we have a busted series, not to mention he has more playing expereience than most and it is always nice to have someone with strong knowledge of the offense in the huddle. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt, and hope that he continues to have productive games like last Saturday.
On another note, I played high school football with ASU receiver, Trevor Gillot. He had 3 catches against UT. I asked Bonilla to say hello once he planted Trevor on the Jonesboro turf. Go Ponies!

Like him or not, but Sledge is not slow. Last year some players said he has the second-fastest pure speed after Henderson.

i played bball with sledge at dedman once, all i can say is that i was very thankful he was on my team. he is indeed a monster athlete, but against the normal secondary on the field he's no speed demon

And where does one obtain one of these fine shirts. Also, still waiting for Thad to give info on the reissue of his What Would DeMyron Do? shirts. I want to buy shirts.

I too saw the shirt in question. Didn't think it would turn out that well. I'm still waiting on my royalty check.
