For some reason, I though we were playing Baylor next season.

If the Baylor game in 09 is true...then there is one game that isn't going to happen, as that would give SMU 5 non-conference games.

Here's what I have..
2008
9/13 @ Texas Tech
9/27 vs TCU
10/25 @ Navy
TBA @ Tulane
TBA Southern Miss
TBA Memphis
TBA UCF
TBA vs Tulsa
TBA @ Rice
TBA vs Houston
TBA @ UTEP

2009
[9/12 @ Baylor?]
9/19 @ Missouri
9/26 vs Texas Tech
TBA @ TCU
10/17 vs Navy

2010
9/4 @ Texas Tech
9/11 vs TCU
9/18 vs Missouri
10/16 @ Navy

2011
9/10 vs Baylor
TBA @ Texas A&M

2012
9/08 @ Baylor
TBA vs Texas A&M

2013
9/14 vs Baylor

Actually that's a home game for them.

Still...makes no sense in 2009. Is it even legal have a 13 game regular season?

Only if you play at Hawaii. From the Navy site:

Navy would be allowed to schedule 13 games in 2009 if one was at Hawaii. That's because contests outside the continental United States are excluded from the limit.

If this is correct, then we still have a spot open for an OOC game next season. Also if those dates are correct, we will have to play a conference game within the first three games of the season (unless we have an early bye).

That problem could be fixed if the TTU series could be pushed back one year.
