let his freshman WR off the hook for dropping the game winning pass by stating "It's totally my fault. If I put it on his other shoulder, he's going to catch that easily and we win". After watching Harrell I really think he thinks he can put the ball on the other shoulder when he wants and does think its his fault. One of the most accurate passers in college football I've seen ever.

Too bad SMU doesn't have a play in its 'bag of tricks' like that. Oh, wait...that requires imagination and creativity on the part of the special teams coach...which SMU does not have!

If we would have tried that fake FG with our luck the ball would have been thrown into the opposite teams hands straight for 6

The QB was more gracious than the coach

The Tech QB was more gracious in defeat than was his coach. You can be sure that the receiver felt plenty bad about the missed catch, whether it was his fault or not. Harrell is my kind of player.

Techs Defensive Coordinator resigned this morning. Not a big surprise with all that he has been going through with his wife.

I think we've got a favorite in the Phil's future employment derby. Texas Tech.

Why would we go for a FG when our OC is such a genius on 4th down play calling?
