It could, but remember I'm sure that they practice every day on that field so they are probably used to it.

Posted: Thu Sep 27, 2007 9:03 pmUSM QB just went down. Looked like he might have pulled or even ruptured an achilles tendon. I have blown mine out before, and if that is what he did, we will not see him this year. He grabbed the front of his leg but it sure looked like an achilles to me.
Edit: They are saying high ankle sprain but it sure did not look like that. I think it will end up being a tear of something when all is said and done. Regardless, he will be out for a while from the look of things.
