Don't Waste Time Arguing With Stallion

This post is for those of you who have tried fifteen hundred ways to convince Stallion of the fact that our team's failure is not because we don't offer a P.E. Major.

He is ignorant! You're wasting your time. Just wait until we lose 4 or 5 more games this season and watch Orsini bring in a Legitimate Division 1 Head Football Coach.

Next year the new Legitimate Head Football Coach will lead the very same (inadequate according to Stallion) players to 8+ wins, take us to a bowl game and Stallion will have nothing left to say on this board.

We don't have the athletes to compete with USC but we do have good enought athletes to have beaten Rice, UNT, etc. to make a bowl last year.

Bennett should not even be here this season. Once they decided to give him one more year I completely gave up on this season. I divorced myself emotionally from this football team last spring. I knew we would have another wasted season and that will end next year. I called it before the Tech game and you can revisit this post next year at the end of our first Bowl Game with a new Legitimate Head Coach.

The best thing you can do right now is realize this season is OVER! I know we're just 0-1 in conference but it will be 0-2 after Southern Miss. We'll probably beat Tulane and those of you who refuse to consider reallity will get your hopes back up until we lose the following week to Tulsa. Let It Go! Until Next Year under a REAL Coach. :D

Note To Stallion: I know a lot of people on here don't study or understand the game of football as well as others. They just know that we either won or we lost. I don't fall into that category. I played the game for years and I have brothers who played at the BCS level. I also know NFL players so don't even try it. I know my fair share about the game and recruiting.

Sheez - its both. If you think anyone would have more then 1 more win out of this team you are kidding yourself (UTEP was acoaching lose). A different coaching STAFF would have won at least 2 more games last year with the same guys. But for us to get a bunch better some things need to change - particularly with curriculum.

Whoever comes in here better bring a bunch of JUCO's with him or it will be another long season - and that speaks to the crux of Stallions point.

I don't care if you are Joe Montana-I was right about this once and year every year in both FB and BB for 20 years. Probably before you could spell SMU. I've put my prespective on the line for over a decade-and I'm one of the few who got it right. Your damn right we should beat NTSU and Rice. That's not the point. The point is building a strong national competitive athletic program not a Southern Ivy League Champion.
