How about the legends and Heismans and all the others who post on this board coach this team. If we put all the post together we are undefeated BCS material. We have CUSA talent and that is all. PB said it is a wide open league. So we lost! Stop crying! It is what it is. Stop living in the past. Those days for SMU are over, or should I say actually never happened. We know why we won when we did in the 80's. The years before that was a different day and age. We have a 6'1", maybe, QB who has trouble seeing over ther line like most short QB's do. WR's who don't look like WR's, they are all short, Linebackers that do not resemble LB's, due to Reggie QUITTING! How the [deleted] does that happen after starting for 2 years? And D linemane that do not resemble any we have played against. either be big or fast. Both would be good, but that is NFL. We resemble the conference we are playing in, we just lost and everyone is unhappy. Suck it up! We have 7 games to play and we can win five of them, maybe all. Who knows until we play the game. THIS IS WHY WE PLAY THE GAME! Going 6-6 is Not our EXPECTATIONS, but a good season for SMU. I cannot see any other coach coming in and doing anything better, but puttting some fans in the stands for awhile, due to premature excitement. SMU is what it is! WE NEED TO WIN ONE GAME FIRST AND THAT IS SO. MISS. One last thing. I do not think out talent is better than last year or the years before. We miss Bobby, Rey, Justin, the two DT's, Joe, and several others down through the years. Obviously we upgraded at one position and that is at QB, but everywhere else? Tell me where the talent has increased?

Sorry so long, but SMU is a great University, with very little support for its athletic programs in general. We have to make the first step in the process. How many going to Mississippi?
