i guess anything's possible. two years ago was the first bowl game in their schools history, now they are one of the best in a BCS conference. makes me feel better about the future of SMU football. maybe once we get the ball rolling, we can really go places

in 3 years, usf went from sun belt, to c-usa, to bigeast. maybe if we get better, we can replace baylor in the big 12

what reason would the BIg 12 have to replace Baylor? Plus I would imagine that there would be pretty strict requirements for the removal of a school from a conference, I doubt the other members would see a benefit to dealing with the process.

The only way any school gets added to the Big 12 is if they expand or an SEC, PAC-10 or Big 10 school raids the Big 12.
