is anybody going to watch the SMU/S. Miss game @ Milos this weekend? if there are enough fans there they should put it on the big screen. are there any big games next saturday that people would rather watch? i plan on going to get a nice seat early with a pitcher of miller lite and some cheese fries and going to town.

Do most places with a satellite get CSTV or will it be shown on a local channel again?

its on CSTV which i believe is a satellite only channel (otherwise i'd be watching it at home on digital cable). I went there last year to watch the Tulane game so I know they carry it. The only game i see as competition is Mizzou @ OU. #11 vs. #6. Hopefully theres a big enough crowd to watch the SMU game.

You can get CSTV if you have DirecTV. If you argue with the wait staff enough at Two Rows, someone will eventually show the SMU game on one of the smaller tvs in the bar area.

Complete side note: on the TV subject
Has anyone hooked up U-Verse yet or FIOS? I have Directv which is ok but am looking for faster internet. I also want to dump my home phone line. (which you need for DTV).

My Direct TV does not use any phone lines. I pay an extra $5.00 a month for however it is done. I think it is magic.
By the way, can someone wire me some money? This Vegas place is getting very expensive. I guess I am the only person to come here that has not won a bundle. But still have 3 more days.

Bet on sports, cheer for the teams and drink from the sports book peep who will serve you if they see you betting. Cheapest way to stretch out your earnings...and not lose a bundle every night.

I just hit a $750.00 slot and follow it with a $350.00 so I am feeling better. While I was doing it a guy came by and comped my wife and I breakfast and dinner tomorow. If I can keep my wife enjoying her book for a while longer I may come out ok.
And I appreciate your advice Eddie but I asked for money.
