i see no difference in race when it comes to coaching. i do not like Miss State's decision to hire Croom. he was unqualified from the start, in my opinion and has done NOTHING with MSU

I want best coach we can get to fix our program. I don't care if he is green, blue, red, etc. as long as he gets us in the right direction and we start consistently winning.

How about Doug Williams? He coached at Grambling and is in the front office of the Tampa Bay Bucs. He won three SWAC championships at Grambling as head coach. And of course still is talked about for that Super Bowl performance against the Broncos. He might be the only black head coaching candidate, I could see here.

Joker Phillips the OC at Kentucky.

With that name he is a perfect fit for SMU.
