Posted: Tue Oct 09, 2007 3:14 pmHow about Doug Williams? He coached at Grambling and is in the front office of the Tampa Bay Bucs. He won three SWAC championships at Grambling as head coach. And of course still is talked about for that Super Bowl performance against the Broncos. He might be the only black head coaching candidate, I could see here.
