I'm still hoping it's not true, but it sounds like a lot of people have heard the same thing.

There are quite a few things that need to be sattisfied before someone can be succesfully sued for libel and be awarded anything. It rarely happens because those conditions are rarely satisfied. And commenting on an anonymous web board won't get you sued for libel anytime soon. Perhaps someone can get Stallion or another lawyer to list those conditions for everyone.
