Actually he is staying in my guest house. I hope they make the announcement soon cause my wife is getting tired of all the late night partying he is doing.
The donkey's name is Kiki.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

I received a black horseshoe for my last post, and I apologize to all for that. What I meant to say was, anybody who graduated from SMU and "claims the Florida Gators as his team" makes me very angry.

Knuckle:

I started that blog and yes I am a bigger Gator fan than SMU fan...but I probably followed SMU football closer than 99% of the student body did while I was there.

By the way, I am fairly confident that Terry Bowden is coming here; as many people know Orsini and Terry are good friends. Terry used to be my neighbor in Orlando and had many friends in the neighborhood; the rumors are already starting to circulate that he is interested in SMU...and this is from people who don't even know what state SMU is in and have no vested interest in him coming here.

Knuckle: as for you being "very angry", I am very hard pressed to care at all. In fact, I find it amusing.

If you graduated from SMU and you have a favorite college team that is not SMU - then you are a disloyal turd. Get with the program and outgrow your life before SMU.

I live in Orlando and would be happy to loan a conference room for Orsini and Bowden to get together to hammer out Coach Bowden's contract.

Do you have the Jesuit Ranger flag flying proudly in Orlando?

Unfortunately not, but I do have plenty of other Jesuit regalia. In a weird coincidence, I live across the street from Lake Highland Prep, a local privae school.

Very proud of you about the 99% thing, yay! Trust me, my deleted post was more accurate. Now hustle back to the gator board.

Being an SMU fan and a Gator fan are not mutually exclusive items.

They don't compete in recruiting, they don't play each other, they don't have the same goals for the season etc. It's not like you have to pick one over the other.

Knuckle, if you're so narrow minded and are unable to see this painfully obvious truth then I sympathize.

smu2004 is not unique in his position and that is the issue. Look at the current student body, who prefers hanging aroung the frat house (I was a Greek, but made every game at Cotton Bowl in the sixties) and watching their favorite team, e.g UT, FLA, OK, etc.) which are BCS and state schools.

SMU needs to be reliant and become, once again, a Giant Killer, who beats the state schools with regularity. As a private, we need the loyalty of smy2004; but, more importantly, the current students.

The Head FB coach needs to understand and demand it of the students. Coach Doh has already figured that out.

And smu2004, your alma mater is also #1 ! Chasing winners is not cool.
