Well now what? Do Turner and Orsini have an option?

Quite frankly, these are two of the worst teams in college football and we look to be the worst!
There is no more rope left, even for the most optimistic.

Assuming the Ponies don't come back to win this one, I think Orsini will pull the trigger on Monday.

naw, when we hit 7 losses, he will. 6-6 still gives us a chance at a bowl

According to some on this board, it won't happen until the end of the season. Since he theoretically can still have a winning record even after we lose this game, I assume it won't happen until the end of the month at the earliest.

im 99% sure its because orsini said something about pb making progress every year and they wont re-evaluate the situation until otherwise. or something to that effect

how does bennett not say this tuesday that he plans to resign. it comes to a certain point where any sane human would realize he is not the right man for the job

PB's fate as a former coach was a done deal after the UTEP game. No need to think otherwise because people like my little pony don't know what they are talking about.
Do you really believe we are sitting back and waiting to lose more games before we axe him?

If SMU loses to Tulane next weekend, then it's a real low point. USM is pretty decent and lost to Rice because they had a third or fourth string QB in the game. They also won at ECU...no small feat. I'm not apologizing for PB but this isn't an unexpected result.
Tulane is a game where SMU needs to show that they have pride and can rebound. The Ponies definitely have the talent to run over the Green Wave, especially at home.

Most of this is Turners fault to begin with. Turner should have fired Krispy Kopeland 3 years before he did.
