Yeah, but UT went 0-2 in conference for the first time in fifty years. I'm good for several months.

Tonight, brand new episode of The Hills. Should make for some drama-filled television.

And my Redskins fumbling away a win in Green Bay. On the other hand we had beautiful fall weather in the DC area. I should have been outside doing something instead.

if you didn't watch it the first time (some of us unfortunately did), it is worth watching the part where we are so bad they spend extra time talking about BBQ ribs and showing both announcers eat their ribs on camera. even my 7 yr. old asked why they would show them eating so long and not the game, and was it b/c we were so boring.

like I said in post Saturday night, then while eating the ribs B.Jones rips us again for "not even showing up" He obviously is not an SMU fan if you watch the games he has done all year, but it is not good for anyone else watching to hear his repeated comments either -- certainly can't help recruiting.

again, after an extra week to prepare how do we not show up ?

Our dismal record just about every year since 1989 is probably hurting recruiting more than any comments by B. Jones during a broadcast. Announcers are much better when they don't "sugarcoat" anything and there were not many positives in the game Saturday night..........
