Hypothetically, you can do anything you want, the question is whether you would be willing to actually do it. That would include paying players, hiring hookers, giving them blow, or any other unethical/illegal thing you can think of, provided that you would be willing to actually see the school do so, and you be a part of it.

All I'd do is offer a kinesiolgy/phys ed/sport management or general studies type of degree program and make it easier for JUCO credit to transfer

I'd also allow the coaches to recruit JUCOs and minimum qualifiers

Is there anyone around with money to pay players that is willing to do do it?

sounds good to me. i bet a lot of players are sociology majors. if we had more majors tailor made for athletes, they'd come here in a heart beat

I'd be willing to be kept by any hot divorced mothers of any prospective recruits. I'd steer clear of any married moms, since that could ruin landing the recruit.
