This guy sounds impressive, Can someone explain more about this guy and his abilty to recruit and coach at SMU for some of the out of towners and recent alumni. Was he very succesful at recruiting for SMU when he was here?

I would like a bigger name but wouldn't mne a coach on the rise, however buffalo is a long way from SMU.
