Well, the BOD has released Svengali Phil
We are dead in the water, icebergs ahead, the propeller is showing, the water in the state rooms is cold, the Kool-aid has too much ice, the band has stopped playing "Nearer My God to Thee," Lido deck chairs are missing, and we can't find "Oscar the Cat."
Any suggestions?
