FordtoTolbert are you serious?
Bowden got up & left the Delta VIP Lounge
when they announced boarding for a Dallas flight?
If thats true, that would be pretty amazing.
(he certainly has the "SMU Look")

I call BS unless the D/FW flight was delayed. I don't fly Delta enough to use the Crowne lounge, but at the Admiral's (AA) and President's (Continental) Clubs they have signs clearly saying that flights are not announced. The only ones usually announced are either foreign flights that are delayed or domestic flights that are REALLY delayed.

Doesn't sound right either as Delta basically left DFW when it starting using Cincinnati as its hub and has few flights now to DFW.
Would be more believable to me if he said he was flying American.

TB is living in Tallahassee these days. He likely had to fly in to Atlanta before heading over to Dallas.

if he lives near Atlanta, he'd insist that he go Delta so he could get the miles, and SMU would probably take him up on it so he could upgrade for free.

Atlanta is an hour ahead, which means FtT posted an hour or so after the flight was scheduled to take off. I second your B/S call.

I just saw him getting a donut at the 7-11 on Knox.
Well, maybe it was just some other overweight guy that looked like him. Or maybe it was my reflection in the window. Not sure, never mind.

He was sitting next to Elvis on the plane. They both ordered a peanut butter and nanner sandwich.
