Quite a few conversions today. Here they are in 3rd OT with 4th down and inches, needing a TD and 2pt to tie. Let's see if they run something FROM THE SHOTGUN FORMATION??????

I would line up in the swinging gate myself...

Well they got the 1st and a TD. Then missed the 2pt conv to tie but get to try again due to a questionable Interference call...one play for a yard and a half to tie..

AND THEY LOSE!!!

A very questionable interference call. And it couldn't happen to a better program. There is no love for ND in this house.

For all of those who loathe the Irish, I say we lobby the Notre Dame adminsitration to give Charlie Weiss another extension.

Actually, their recruiting is looking pretty good so they could be back in a couple of years.

I watched some of that ND game and concluded that a ND/SMU game at this time would be a toss up. They shot themseleves in the foot like we do and when they needed a break they didn't get it. In fact I think SMU might be able to beat them with a few breaks.
