NFL Options?

I have not seen anyone mention the possibility of an NFL name for the SMU coaching job. Any thoughts? I know that the Hunt brothers talked to Schottenheimer, but he will be a NFL Head Coach again next year. Orsini says the new coach is going to have WOW factor. I know getting an NFL name is a stretch, but this would have some real WOW Factor to it. Switzer bringing back the Wishbone? That would be pretty sweet.

Thanks for the headsup PhirePhilBennett. It appears that you are a true genious mind of the game. Seriously though, is there anyone who is at or has been at the NFL level that may be a fit? I am only hearing college names.

Dennis Green, Bill Calahan, etc...weve named some of them on this board but no one from the NFL now will be our coach, no NFL HC, OC, DC, SC...

Mike Zimmer - DC at Atlanta - former Cowboys stud with terrible tiny LB DCoordinator...

He could leave mid-season - ATL not going anywhere.
