Jeff Long new incoming AD at Arkansas is from Pittsburg. Cowher is a man that should be considered for Arkansas.

personally i would prefer to coach college where players can be put in their place as opposed to the TO's and the Kobe Bryant prima donna millionaires.
btw....Cowher would be awesome!

Give me the 5 mil he'd make in the NFL and he won't have to recruit.

Carolina, being as he lives there now. It would make the most sense but then again, weirder things have happened.

They're about ready to lynch him. He was very popular befiore this season, but their patience is wearing very thin.

For starters, quarterback play. When you have to choose between Old man Vinny Testaverde and Shellshocked David Carr, you probably aren't going to be winning a lot of games.

the bears proved you can make it to the super bowl with good special teams and defense even with a crappy QB. carolina has a very similar makeup.
but you're still right. Testaverde's only playing because he's bored not playing, and Carr just never developed

re: "Give me the 5 mil he'd make in the NFL and he won't have to recruit"
like he needs the money
fooling with kobes vs recruiting
plus the assists do most of the leg work of recruiting
it's a no-brainer to me
ask Spurrier or Pete Carroll which they like better
but 2EachHisOwn
