Would not be surprised to see them snag Clawson from Richmond. He is much more impressive than than Tim Murphy, IMO.

They might go after Jerry Moore from Appalachian State. He's from NC.

Jerry is almost 70 years old. I doubt he is going anywhere but to a well earned retirement when he is ready.

the Duke firing is a joke on all the local sports talk stations here in NC...the way it was handled and who they will look to. They actually talked about SMU and how we did it right.

Duke job is a worse job than the SMU job. Last time there was an opening for head coach, interviewees were asking "How many admissions slots do I get each year?" and the Duke folks were saying, "Uh...don't worry, we'll just worry about that when you show up. But we'd really love to have you at Duke." Wouldn't even commit to a number.

I would believe that to be true. Only K gets his choice of special admits, and lucky for him he needs them seldom. One thing Duke *does* have, though, is a plan to get marginal admits safely all the way through school. Well, that plus BCS money.
