Short version: Very pregnant woman was driving to the Cougar High "gift shop" when a tire blows out. The Cougar High folks won't help her, so she makes it to a gas station identified two ways: (1) "on the edge of campus" and (2) "in an area of town to which many people wouldn't travel alone.
Hahahahahahaha.
She's terrified of a man who immediately comes up banging on her window and shouting, and then feels guilty when four other men "who had been washing windshields for spare change" come up, also scare the daylights out of her, but end up chasing CrazyMan away and changing her tire. She ends up feeling awful for judging them "simply because the neighborhood they lived in wasn't as affluent as mine."
