a staff does most of the recruiting and the relationship a player has with his position coach is very important. Johnson will hire a staff that can recruit Texas.
Also, we was at Hawaii, a program that rarely gets kids from the mainland who have many offers. That program does a great job of IDing and developing talent. Granted they have not admin standards
