watching SC right now. they came on and reported it. the Pellini move makes more sense now though.

good for NEB - they got a guy who couldn't get the HC job as an incumbent on an SEC champ. team.

Yep, Miles is gone. Don't like the turnover at LSU, but after the last two weeks, I think a lot of LSU fans are ready for Miles to get the hell out of here, myself included.

I'm pretty pissed at how this is going down. How can he accept the job if he supposedly hasn't interviewed? Something weird going on with this and something tells me that Michigan didn't honor the moratorium on talking to Miles pre SEC Championship game.

ALL HAIL JACK DEL RIO!

Ever heard of an agent? Once you get to a certain level, is an interview necessary? he's an alum, so he's pretty familiar with what's going on in Ann Arbor. And his record and ability speak for themselves. so it's really about the deal. his agent can handle that w/o him actually speaking to them.

It was all done through intermediaries. When a coach contributes to the derailment of a team's NC run over his own personal agenda, F him! Michigan can have Miles.

I see what you are saying and you're probably right. However, I don't care what level the hire is, that is haphazard to hire someone that way. Why they couldn't wait until after the SEC championship game is beyond me. Really poorly handled by Les Miles, IMO....

i think if LSU would have gone to the national title, he would have stayed. he can win more and have a better shot at the rose bowl every year because the Big 11 is a joke
