"I can only say this: Not one thing I have seen or read [about his possibly leaving Navy] has been true," he said. "I have not taken another job. There is not going to be an announcement tomorrow or any time. As any other human being would, if someone calls and asks to talk to me about another job, I may listen.
"But it would take a special deal for me to leave."

I saw it on the Navy Scout site in its message board area. They said it was from the post-game presser-whatever that is-Check the Navy Official Football website-might be there. It appears to be legit

To paraphrase:
I haven't signed a contract, but will talk to anyone bringing a serious offer.

special deal = more money than I've been offered so far
