Everyone soured on Dement, but he did some good things and had the right ideas when he came in here. And you can't argue with his track record...he had won everywhere he had been including championships and NCAA appearances at different ends of the spectrum at Cornell and UNC-Greensboro. He is now back at UNCG showing signs of turning them around again early in his comeback there. Who says you can't go home. But nevermind that, why didn't he get it done at SMU?
