Not saying you have to trust me. Lord knows people post a lot of BS here (especially lately). However, my family friend is on the BOT at LSU...Just announced it at a party my brother attended.

unfortunately the ap poll has nothing to do with the bcs the coaches and the harris poll are the ones that count

I suppose. I was using the term official in the sense that it is official within the LSU community. But, without ESPN or the like reporting it, I guess it is still unofficial.

They've already told the LSU band that they are in. Told them to make plans for January 8th.
