I'm pretty sure the law calls it stalking too.

My understanding is that some SEC schools get a waiver that does not require them to file flight plans in the same manner as everyone else - just for this reason.

private jet owners can have keep the ownership information private if they choose to file the paperwork, which is what most schools would do. Flight plans must be filed.

I'm not bailing any purple Dino out of Jail. Don't do Criminal Law because I don't like to represent criminals

INTERVIEWER: Mr. Pryor it says here that you've got a criminal record.

PRYOR: I know that bitch-I'm a criminal ain't I.

Thanks, I wasn't sure exactly how they were doing it. At a large school, it is a secret by virtue of the fact that there are so many rich alumni with planes and so many potential entities to own them that it is impossible to know who the planes are associated with.

Somehow they can request to not have it posted on the internet though. The Nebraska booster whose plane got tracked to Baton Rouge last week when they interviewed Pelini was able to do that. After that, no one knew where they went to interview the rest of the week, or that Pelini was on his way into town yesterday until there was a press release.

Just about every school in the country has fans who would pull a QuiksStang and head to the airport, digital camera in hand. Hats off to him — it's about time we joined the ranks of schools who are crazy enough to do this for their team!
