Hopefully an announcement will be made by Thursday or Friday. I can't get it out of my mind seeing Henderson break off the end on a pitch and going for good yardage. This is a talent that has not been used very much. The option has been good to SMU in the past...thinking of pitches to James or Dickerson...pitches from Mac White in his option moves and watching Roderick run wild against a No. one Navy in the Cotton Bowl after taking pitches from him. I agree with "The Stal" that this might hurt some phases of our recruiting, but would also get some that might want to be winners instead of thinking of themselves. Another thing that should be considered...all teams playing us would have to work defending a an offense that few run...giving us an advantage that a smart coach can take advantage of. Wednesday might be a good day to have a news conference as well as introduce him at halftime of the basketball game. I believe it will get done.....Go Mustangs!!!
