That is pretty damn close to the timeline of all the invesigative work of our purple hippo. I think we should protest the DC

I laughed when I saw that article on the front page of the DC. That newspaper continually lets me down...

The Daily Campus was at Love Field again midday Tuesday and found Ford's plane before it left for Baltimore, but was unable to see who boarded the flight due to the plane being in the hangar.
nor were they there yesterday just before heading back to KBWI... if they were, they would have seen the plane sitting right outside the hangar with its ladder down. anyone willing to sit out there long enough without raising suspicion could have seen who boarded.
It was definitely not hidden inside some hangar... SEEEEEEEEEE...

the paper is a joke to begin with. i mean, when they put out thousands of copies a day around campus and put the following at the top:
"First Copy Free. Additional Copies 50 cents" well, i grabbed two copies. who do i send the 50 cents to?

My dad works on campus and he called to tell me about the article. I just laughed and told him I thought I knew who might have written the article. Is it safe to assume that Quikstang is not the author of said article?

When I was at SMU, I wrote for the Daily Campus for some class I took. The editors did this too me several times. They would even go as far as taking my articles and putting their names on it. What a joke. Glad to see some things never change.
Let the letters to the editor begin!!!!!!!!!!

Come on guys. So they said "the Daily Campus" was at the airport instead of "the Purple Hippo." To those on the outside, it might not have sounded credible. They don't all know the Purple Hippo--YET. Besides, we are all part of the Daily Campus staff really, are we not? (One of my friends claimed to be reporting from the DC to get us backstage at a concert when we were in college!)

I think it's kinda funny...I mean it is the biggest thing that happened on campus yesterday and the biggest piece of news about the coaching search

Regardless of whether they got some of their information from this site, I picked up a copy of the paper when I was on campus this morning, and that is miles ahead of anything they did when I was in school. Good job, DC staff.

"Articles in both the Morning News and SMU's student newspaper claim a deepthroat source in hiring process.... he is known only as The Purple Hippo."
