Maybe that was out of line, but it has been posted repeatedly; always in a new thread and always with a definitive title like it is breaking news. For people reading this board all day long, it is .... irritating.

Real simple then. Before posting new and breaking news, read the news that has already been reported. Then you will know both if it is new and if it is breaking.
