I'll go easy on anyone who wins. Just think that he has 2 good years and falls apart everywhere he goes. The Colorado fans were ecstatic when he left--and I don't think there was any love lost in Washington for him either.

But hey, if he can get us to a decent bowl game for a couple of years and put us back on the map, bring him in, get the recruiting ball rolling, and then run him out at the first sign of his downward spiral!

(Really, I just think between he and Barnett, Barnett is a WAY better coach and has won at a school with tougher academic standards than SMU, and Slick Rick doesn't really have any less baggage than Barnett--Colorado had to forfeit an entire season because he played an ineligible player there. Granted, they went 5-7 that year, so they didn't lose too many extra games in the end.)

But who cares, I just want to go to a bowl game!
