Posted: Thu Dec 06, 2007 11:58 amAlso, things can change. Look at the Redskins - Gregg Williams was named head-coach-in-waiting (or something) to succeed Joe Gibbs, and Al Saunders received some sort of similar label. Of course, any hurt feelings were assuaged with fat paychecks.
