OT - South Alabama to Start FB Program

I thought this was interesting. Univ. of South Alabama is going to start a FB Program and join the Sun-Belt as soon as they can. I wonder how long before they'll be kicking our asses. Image

You can add these other schools also wanting D1 status.
Georgia Southern
Texas State
UT-San Antonio

Western Kentucky, I believe, will be the last school allowed to transition
to D1 for a couple of years, as per the NCAA. WKU will become a full
member of the Sun Belt in 2009. South Alabama is a charter member of
the Sun Belt Conference, and participates in all SBC sports except
football. All 3 schools listed above have mentioned they would like to
join the Sun Belt Conference or CUSA.

I thought the moratorium was from DII or DIII schools moving up a division, not for D-IAA schools moving to D-IA.
