Let me clarify: there are not any additional attractive jobs for SMU to compete with. The GT hire cancels out the Navy vacancy.

i think this isn't a zero sum equation. i would much prefer to compete with Navy than with GT for a coach. the navy job is much less attractive to a potential coach. they almost have to go after a coordinator or DIAA
