For me, it came down to the LSU game. Both teams played the National Championship game contenders in Baton Rouge.
McFadden was a beast throughout and his team won in 3OT.
Tebow was great in the first half and completely melted down in the second half. LSU beat Florida.
And I think McFadden and Tebow threw the same number of TD passes in that game.
I want McFadden, but the reality is probably Tebow.

McFadden is my choice, but only because I have never seen a Florida QB who I thought deserved the Heisman. I don't trust QBs who have never been pressured, at all. Like Florida QBs.

i dont understand what you mean by never been pressured? he played a big role in the national championship last year at 18 years old
Posted: Sat Dec 08, 2007 12:50 amthe year Herschel Walker won the Heisman he averaged a pedestrian 4.8 yards per carry. Dickerson averaged 7.0. Dickerson was the far better back with less publicity
