Orsini's Hiring Style

Looks to me (and others) that Orsini doesn't like to bring someone in unless he knows that's the guy. While rumor has it that there are three, I have suspicion that the "three" could have been done by teleconference, etc in the last several days and that "the best available coach" is in looking at the surroundings (hence the lights). Remember on Coach D's hire, the "committee" met something like 15 minutes before the annoucement was made.
