Here is my scorecard:
1. Financial Commitment - A-, $2Million/year is a top 15 salary for a coach. Don't think we have the funds compared to top programs for recruiting though.
2. Tradition - B, You lose tradition if you have only 1 winning season in your llast 20.
3. Conference Appeal - C-, no top 25 teams.
4. Recruiting Base - A+, just look at the Rivals Area 100 and see what schools they are committed to.
5. Stability of the Administration - B, The jury is still out.
6. Facilities - B+, very good for where we are currently at. Nothing compared to a UT or A&M though.
7. Admissions Flexibility - D
8. Campus Feel - A, Awesome Campus & Campus Life.
9. Fan Sanity - C, come on and be honest. Being wealthy can be a curse.
10. Climate - A, I usually only need a jacket for 2-3 weeks out of the year here.

I would bump conference appeal up a bit. (Not a lot) but maybe to a C+......Easy conference for a coach to rack up some wins, but still respectable enough to not question their record.

Good for an up-and-comer trying to prove themselves. Bad for an established coach wanting to win national championships.

12) Attractiveness of co-eds. A+ hands down. I think it's a relevant factor depending on the coach (for example, Bowden)
