Could it be Tom Coughlin?

Successful college coach at BC, a small private school before heading to the NFL. His job is in question right now.....

Just speculating, it just seems that the guy or guys that Orsini is supposedly going after are not Bowden, Barnett, Neuhisel, Mason, Franchonie, Gailey, or Bower...

It could be. And the Texas Rangers could win the world series next year too!

His job is in question at 9-4 and virtually a lock on one of the wild card spots? But you're right. They didn't beat the Vikings. :D

If we waited for a while and hired a former NFL coach I would want it to be Andy Reid. Obviously, I am assuming he will be fired by the Eagles. I don't think we would ever stand a chance because I think he is generally regarded in the NFL as an excellent coach and would be snatched up by another NFL team quickly. I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up somewhere like Atlanta. But of all the NFL coaches who might be available he'd be my first choice. Coughlin isn't too impressive to me.

Guess it won't be Roger Clemens then either.

This thread does not address one important issue: does we get Eli with Coughlin or does Eli stay at NYG? If he stays, maybe Coughlin would be acceptable.
