I've noticed over the last several weeks that whenever the DMN writes a story about our coaching search, the article is inevitably among the top five most read and among the top five most emailed stories. The Fran story is currently #2 in most read and #3 in most emailed. Good to see the interest out there.

yeah, its like a car accident. you don't want to look at SMU or Fran, and you might even be a little afraid to see whats going on behind the scenes, but you just have to look. and tell your friends.

don't you think they would notice something like that and get Kate off those stupid "Ex SMU coach marries current Coach" articles?

You didn't find that article compelling AND interesting?

Well, neither did anyone else.

it just showed me how lazy she is and how she doesnt give a hoot about SMU at all. i'd rather read the jibberish bullspit of bigdaddy over and over than read her crap that she recycled from ponyfans

No, it's not the articles that say stupid things like Orsini is failing that generate the interest. It's the mention of big names in connection with the search.

We're on the verge of hiring a coach the likes of which we haven't seen around here in YEARS and we all still whine and moan about it. What a bunch of friggin' spoiled brats. Good to see us living up to that reputation.

Considering that all we've seen around here for years was Bennett, that's not really something to get excited about in the abstract.
