You can Slam Bowden and Coker all you want for how they "inherited players" and how they have not been in coaching for a while. You can add who has been looking at them and passed on them too.....so since they are so beneath the SMU POWERHOUSE D-1 program. I would like to see the list of ALL those schools going after your precious Barnett and Mason. Fact is their names NEVER come up or are a casual mention.

Not saying that Barnett is a bad hire, but I NEVER hear either one of their names coming up for HC jobs at other schools. While, Bowden and even Coker are coming on the Radar for A LOT of schools.

DUHHHHH, It's because the people on this board are smarter than the best NCAA football programs.

Where is Coker on the radar? UCLA? WVU? Those are the 3 left. Never saw him mentioned before for any school either.

I wasn't sure Coker was still alive before it was reported he interviewed here.

Coker doesn't get hired because people aren't sure he's alive AS he's being interviewed
