Just like when I was 9...

I remember Christmas when I was 9, or maybe 8...it was the worse Christmas ever. I was hoping for the GI Joe Base and all I got was a few action figures, some candy and a sweater or something. This Christmas, I went to Northpark and asked Santa for a football coach, and just as back then, he failed to deliver. I have held out hope for nearly 30 years that my big brother was wrong and that Santa was truly real. But, I have finally broken down and realize Santa is no more real than the Easter Bunny or the Boogey Man.

Bahh Humbug, damn you Santa Claus!!!

Cheer up, Steve-O. Did you look behind the couch for a big box with a red bow?

Santa forgot to put airholes in the box.

I can imagine your disappointment about the GI Joe Base. And that was probably when GI Joes were like 12 inches tall (TWSS), not the pint-sized ones that showed up in the 90's.

No, I dealt with the pint sized GI Joes...not the ones that had real beards and were painted with led....wait...maybe the small ones were too!
