I think he probably took a long look at what happened to his older brother ShanDerrick and realized that he needed to take the money now. Given the circumstances, I don't blame him at all. ShanDerrick was an absolute beast whose back just wouldn't hold up, which was really too bad for him and the Ponies.

Wish I had had the chance to see him play. Sounds like he was a helluva player. Are there any other Charles boys left?

Good for him. Shanderrick was never one to ride a coattail, but I'm glad his financial situation just improved.

Possibility of Cowboys picking up Charles late in the the first? They're obviously not resigning Julius Jones, so he coule provide a nice one, two punch with the Barbarian.

Shanderrick looked like he was going to be a good running back, but at 5'9 he was not the beast of a runner Jammal is (6'1)
