Hawaii observations

Postby tex23bm » Thu Jan 03, 2008 11:23 pm

So I had an interesting thought today.

I have been sick lately and generally in a good and negative mood.
Naturally I was drawn to the forums to post.

I was about to rip someone apart about how Even if we take JJ Hawaii won't be as bad off as we are right now because they've had him recruiting for them all this time.
But then I decided to do a little research (scout.com).

I made some observations which led me to my "interesting thought":
Hawaii currently has 6 commits (3 from TX).
They have 3 more who are highly interested and offered.
Hawaii had 20 commits last year. 7 were JC transfers.

My thought:
how can you judge if JJ wants to stay at Hawaii?
look at the job he's doing recruiting.

Based on what I saw, I do not think JJ is planning for the future.

Now I understand that the number of commits can rise drastically after National signing day, but it doesn't appear to me that many people are interested or even offered.

just my observations.
just my opinion.
